Be the site finance lead in relation to QCDM (daily and weekly meetings), build and manage strong relationships between the Finance Team and all other site departments.

Coach and develop the Finance Team at both sites to have a similar mindset and encourage support at daily and weekly QCDM (create and monitor standard work compliance for the team)

Ensure that finance priorities are discussed in the correct forums with the correct audience, and that stakeholders are engaged and have a clear understanding on the part that they play in order to achieve these priorities.

Leadership of site activities related to the provision of accurate & timely financial information and management reporting. Engage with the BU to ensure that we achieve all deadlines set and provide all relevant information.

Ensure that all systems and templates reflect the correct information for both sites.

Support the SFM with development and coaching of the Finance Team at both sites.
·  Responsible for ensuring finance priorities are clear to all stakeholders at site. Build strong trusted relationships with stakeholders, to ensure that the correct information is shared in the correct forums and that stakeholder engagement is obtained.
·  Participate in daily and weekly QCDM and ensure that the correct finance priorities are discussed in these meetings. Manage the standard work of the finance team and drive the correct behaviours behind this.
·  Coach the Finance Team, ensure that a strong skills base is built and that the team are empowered to make informed decisions.
·  Responsible for analysis, reporting and forecasting of overall site results. Ensure that Management accountant and cost techs are providing weekly and monthly information and commentary to relevant stakeholders.
·  Responsible for all financial reporting to the BU, monthly close and forecasts. Ensure that all systems are populated correctly.
·  Ensure standards and financial controls are adhered to at Coventry & Lincoln Manufacturing.
·  Lead AOP Build for both sites with inputs from Business Analysts and Cost Techs – review with Finance Manager prior to submission.
·  Engage with Central Finance Team to ensure good communication of Direct and MOH cost performance.
·  Responsible for seven members of the Finance Team directly.
·  Objective setting and development priorities for the team and managing day to day performance.
·  Support ad-hoc projects for the sites and business eg productivity initiatives, change management, etc.

Qualifications/Requirements

·  CIMA/ ACCA qualified / part qualified
·  Manufacturing accounting experience
·  Business partnering experience
·  Development and coaching experience
·  Advanced Excel skills
·  Drive for results/ability to work under pressure (role is deadline driven)
·  Ability to influence upwards to affect the results & progress of the action plan & AOP.
·  Communication skills to all levels
