Responsibilities
This role is responsible for managing the execution and compliance of Foodservice contractual commitments for a selected group of accounts. Responsibilities include all financial tracking and accounting of contractual commitments for this channel of Foodservice.
Duties and Accountabilities include:
· Manage all contractual funding components of National Accounts contracts
· Ensure compliance requirements and customer commitments are adhered to in accordance with contractual obligations and with Sox Audit accounting policy guidelines
· Manage year-end accrual process, EPM system process, accounting controls, and new account set-ups
· Manage customer data integrity issues
· Provide support to team and Sales organization on customer issues related to reporting and completing payments
· Ensure issues are resolved promptly
· Direct line of support to National Account Sales Directors for funding issues and initiatives
· Support customers in reporting and funding-guide and support team to troubleshoot and resolve issues This role is responsible for managing the execution and compliance of Foodservice contractual commitments for a selected group of accounts. Qualifications
· 4 Year College Degree in Business, Finance, or comparable field; or equivalent work experience
· Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to assess materiality, risk exposure and to implement creative solutions
· Outstanding communication skills with proven ability to influence multiple levels of leadership
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· Knowledge of MS Office programs specifically Excel
· Requires attention to detail
· Numerate thinker with strong attention to detail
· Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines
· Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams
· Be flexible, organized, and able to handle competing priorities
· Good time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
· Solid understanding and working knowledge of general accounting and accrual transactions
· 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Applications with an extremely high level of proficiency
· 2-3 years showcasing well developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Compensation & Benefits:
· The expected compensation range for this position is between $48,500 - $75,700 based on a full-time schedule.
· Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
· Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
