Salary £18,000 to £24,500 Depending on Experience

Due to the success of the business we are currently recruiting for a number of Paralegal's to join our Legal Services function at a busy and dynamic time. You will be working as an Employment Paralegal providing a comprehensive and quality service for our clients.

You will be responsible for assisting with the management of employment tribunal cases and will be expected to draft, review and analyse documents, including ET3's, disclosure and bundle documents and statements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a focus on exceptional client care. You will have an excellent academic record and a good working knowledge of employment law and HR practice.

This position would suit an individual who is highly organised, proactive and committed to meeting deadlines while remaining calm under pressure. Excellent all round communication skills, professional telephone manner and attention to detail is essential.

The successful candidate will have studied to degree level and ideally will be able to demonstrate a background within Employment Law and will ideally have a minimum of 6 months employment law experience in a legal office environment.
