You are: Passionate about coaching and motivating people to improve their performance in a sales environment. You will have already dipped your toes in to one to one or group coaching sesssions, induction for new starters and listening to and analysing sales calls.

The Role

• Work closely with the sales team to improve individual and department KPI performance
• Design and deliver training material
• Complete training needs analysis to design and deliver group training sessions, one to one training and team training sessions
• Analyse and improve the outcome of all training sessions and the impact they have had on department performance
• Regularly review and update training materials
• Track and record departmental performance standards, objectively and accurately in order to identify development needs
• Carry out new starter inductions, training and coaching
• Evaluate individuals and departments sales calls and create weekly coaching sessions
• Create practical and engaging individual/group/whole team development plans , which will include classroom training, 1:1 coaching and e-learning
• Working closely with, and reporting to the Telesales L&D Manager

Candidate Profile

• Experience in a sales/coaching environment preferred
• Enthusiastic and can do approach
• Ability to motivate individuals
• A people-person with a strong desire to help others improve
• Highly organised and process-orientated
• Confident in people management in training sessions
