Customer Service Advisor
Mon-Fri 9am - 6pm working hours
Based in Hull
£20,000 OTE per annum (£16,000 basic + £4,000 performance bonus)

We’re looking for motivated and driven Customer Service Advisors to join our successful team based in modern offices in the center of Hull. You’ll need ambition, organisation and outstanding communication skills. Those skills are essential when dealing with our customers and partners by phone and email, always in a timely manner.
You'll have 1 - 2 years proven success in a customer service department, with emphasis on the "WOW". You will ideally have dealt with business customers and won't shy away from tough situations. An ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial business environment is a must and experience in a technical, financial or telecommunications company will put you top of our list. If you haven’t got that then we’d be excited to hear about times you have initiated change in your previous roles.
The Role
- The role involves dealing with our customers and partners by phone and email, dealing with all enquiries in a timely manner
- Work closely with other departments to drive continuous improvements and target "zero defects." Identify process failures across company on the basis of customer feedback and analysis of service metrics
- Measure, analyse and report performance metrics
