Job description

We are looking for a Store Manager for our Pavers Concession at Highfield Garden World, Whitminster near Stroud.

Salary: up to £20,000 plus Bonus and Benefits
Hours: 40 per week

You will need to demonstrate accomplished teaching skills, nurturing new team members, coaching and inspiring others to surpass expectations whilst remaining commercially savvy, maximising all sales opportunities and, meeting targets.
