Job description

Due to our continuing expansion at Pavers, we are looking to recruit a Retail Area Manger to drive sales in our outlet stores in the South East of England. This role will cover 17 stores from West Sussex up to Norfolk including London, although this will increase as we expand.


This is an autonomous role and you will lead, encourage, train and support the managers in your area to maximise sales and to meet, and beat, their operational targets.


You will ensure all Managers in your area are focused on KPI's and on maximising sales by providing excellent levels of customer service. You will make sure that all your Managers understand, and buy into retail plans and goals as well as, training, coaching, mentoring and motivating them to ensure that they deliver high levels of performance and get the best out of their teams.


Salary up to £44,000 plus;

Requirements:


- Experience of developing retail teams to provide excellent customer service in a Multi-Site retail environment


- Past record of driving sales in a retail environment


- Record of achieving and exceeding targets


- Experience of operating in a retail, Small Store Concept environment


- Ability to understand and analyse reports


- Excellent Communicator both written and verbal


- Commercial Awareness


- Able to work independently


- Skilled mentor and coach


- Clean Driving Licence


You will need to be based within reasonable travelling distance of the stores.
