Your area of responsibility:
- Cross-functional project work in the area of Strategic Marketing / Product Management in the business division Risk Prevention and in close cooperation with Product Development as well as local companies (Sales and Marketing)
- Conceptual, independent work on market, customer and competitor analysis
- Development of tailored communication and training materials as well as execution of trainings
- Sales activities (e.g. customer visits)
- Takeover of responsibility in daily business for operating room management products (e.g. surgical gloves)
- Development of international competence through a project assignment abroad
- Professional and personal development supported by a personal mentor
What we look for:
- An above-average Master´s degree in economics, preferably specialised in marketing
- First practical experience in Marketing and/or Business Development incl. conceptual work and daily business
- International experience, e.g. study period abroad, internships
- Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English is a musthave, recommended good knowledge of German, other languagues as advantage
- Ideally first practical experience in project management
- Practical experience in health care sector is an advantage
- A high degree of willingness to learn, performance orientation and ability to motivate others
- Creativity, excellent communication and analytical skills and high level of commitment
- Willingness to travel,flexibility
