Operations Intern

Our exciting tech start-up is expanding. We seek a confident student / graduate to join our team as we prepare for a major launch and growth campaign. This is a critical moment for our business, so we are looking for a passionate individual with an interest in being part of something new, disruptive, and highly innovative.

Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing projects together with the CEO that set the operations side of the business up for rapid growth and improve operations KPIs.
• Identifying trends via market research and data analytics, communicating these effectively.
• recognizing user value and proposing subsequent design changes to our products and services.
• Helping ensure that day-to-day operational processes are followed.

We are looking for someone:
• Thorough, detailed, and effective.
• Proactive, organised self-motivator, able to work on his / her own initiative and as part of a team, hitting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
• Both creative and technically minded with a keen interest in new technologies.
• Inquisitive and always hungry for knowledge.

The internship is 2-3 months but and the precise starting date is less important than finding the right candidate. There is an opportunity to turn the internship into a permanent full-time position.
