Salary: £24,000 (OTE 10% Bonus)

MoneySuperMarket has a fun yet professional culture and offers many opportunities to progress and cultivate your skillset. In this role, you’ll report to the commercial performance manager, assisting in their management of the day to day performance of a number of well known motor and home brands.

The MoneySuperMarket Group Commercial Graduate Scheme is a two year programme with the potential for two 12 month rotations within two of our 5 Commercial teams.

During year 1, you will take ownership for a Commercial Performance Executive role in one of the 5 teams. As well as your line manager, you will have a dedicated mentor to support on-the-job learning.

The programme begins with receive an in-depth 2 week induction. In  the first month, you will also meet with the CEO, Peter Plumb and the Managing Directors of each of our Brands (MSM, TSM and MSE).
As well as increasing responsibility throughout the programme, you will continue to receive development support through a Year 1 Development Day where the skills learned in year 1 will be assessed using our Group Commercial Skills Matrix. At this stage, you will have the opportunity to determine a path for yourself within the business. 

It would be our expectation that Graduates are able to move into a Commercial Performance Manager role by the end of year two, subject to performance.

The role is suitable to al graduates with a 2.1 degree of any discipline. No pervious experience is necessary as fully training will be given for the right candidate.
