The Role: Graduate Digital Account Manager
Sector: Telecommunications 

Based from the O2 Telefónica base in Runcorn, graduates will enter as a Graduate Digital Account Manager, charged with the responsibility of nurturing client relationships within their nominated account base.

Targeted with driving revenue maximisation and promoting the successful growth and retention of client accounts within the O2 private product portfolio, candidates will receive comprehensive bespoke training before exercising skills in negotiation, communication and interpersonal relations to establish strong relationships with accounts. You will become the face of the organisation for your account base, acting as the primary contact throughout the account journey.

Responsibilities as a Graduate Digital Account Manager

- Assist with the management of accounts through the lifecycle
- Cross-selling and up-selling of the O2 private product portfolio into the account base
- Working as part of a highly-skilled team to forecast and record, analyse and administer business information
- Provide advice, support and conflict resolution for accounts
- Identify and track new and existing sales opportunities within the base
