Salary: £26,000 starting salary, rising to £35,000 basic after 6 months + excellent OTE

They are looking to hire Field Sales Business Development Managers that will be selling to large corporates such as Rightmove, Paddy Power, and UK Power.

This role begins with a £26,000 salary during your training period, but will quickly increase to £35,000 basic after 6 months and annual pay reviews will see a rise to £40,000 - £50,000. In addition to receiving Pareto bespoke training, Content Guru will provide further development support including a generous benefits package of a mobile phone, laptop, and international travel opportunities.

The Role – What you’ll be doing:

The role of the Business Development Manager is to arrange and attend appointments with predominantly medium to large organisations and to establish how Content Guru can help them improve their external communication.  It will be your job to understand the client’s needs and offer a solution from Content Guru’s wide range of products and services and build valuable business relationships.

For this graduate opportunity we are looking for the following criteria:

- Essential - Educated to degree level 2:2 and above
- Essential - A’s / B’s at A-Level
- Essential - Passion for Technology
- Desirable - 2:1 from a top 20 University
- Desirable - Degree in Science / Technology / English / Maths or a related field
- Desirable - Customer facing experience
- Good candidates will be personable, structured, well organised and have good presentation skills
