Towergate is a young, dynamic insurance firm and it is rolling out it’s first ever graduate academy programme, offering a promising career that will definitely pay out! They are looking for fresh talent to join them at the peek of their growth and become managers of the future.

The graduate academy programme will offer graduates the chance to experience a proactive business development role. You will embark upon a 6 month ongoing induction plan which incorporates client facing selling after 3 months. You will build client relationships through wining and dining and attending a host of exciting corporate events.

As Graduate Business Development Executive you will promote Towergate's insurance products to small and medium sized enterprises. You will need to be confident-the ability to network effectively and build and maintain client relationships will be pivotal to your success. Confidence and conviction are key.  

Every graduate wants a chance to progress. The graduate academy programme aims to accelerate Graduate Business Development Executives into networking with larger enterprises after 2-3 years, where salaries are between  £35K-£50K  + uncapped commission. With this promotion comes a company car as you will progress into a client facing role.

Responsibilities as a Graduate Business Development Executive  :

- Effectively cold call potential clients and build up a client base
- Promote insurance products to small business set-ups
- Generate new leads and opportunities through research and networking
