Job description

PARCOME Company is a French International company leader in providing packaging to famous luxury brands.
We produce boxes, shopping bags and general packaging for:
- Cosmetics and perfumes
- Wines and spirits brands
- Luxury gastronomy
- Jewelleries and watches
- Clothes industry
- Others
Missions :
Support the production running & ensure that a new product is transferred from development to production within the planned time and the planned quality as per R & D provided technical documentation requirement.
Job Description :
- Drive and monitor the production process development designed to meet customer product specifications, delivery and cost expectations.
- Initiate and prepare production related report for planning, review and assessment.
- Improve the manufacturing process, optimize production capacity and achieve capacity assurance.
- Develop and test new materials and processes for improved performance and/or lower cost and lead cost reduction efforts in assigned process areas.
- Investigate production defects and conduct failure analysis together in collaboration with the QA manager to determine the corrective actions.
- Work closely and coordinate with cross functional teams within the organizations to ensure smooth operations of product production process.
