The ideal candidate will be confident, approachable, organised, willing to learn and be able to adapt to change. The role will be hands on administration together with providing support and guidance for our customers.

Key responsibilities:-

• Answering incoming calls and proactive calls as necessary
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with customers
• Support for marketing activities
• Keeping our member database and files updated
• Dealing with administrative tasks in a timely, effective and customer-focused manner
• Assisting with commission payments and other banking duties
• Responsibilities relating to creation and issuing of invoices
• Assisting with event organisation
• Liaising with internal and external parties as necessary

Required Competencies:-

• Graduate with a 2:1 or above in their degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• IT skills - including confident use of Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
• Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks
• Ideally you will have worked in an administrative role previously
• Numeracy skills
