This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in Sales/Sales Administration/Import-Export within the context of a fast-paced global luxury brand. It is therefore ideally suited to an individual looking to develop a career in international luxury sales.
The duration is three to preferably six months. Starting date is August 2017. You will be supporting the Sales Administrator and International Sales Manager and dealing with customers around Europe and overseas. Active use of our ERP system thereby giving you an opportunity to understand the links between sales and the rest of the business from a very practical perspective. Our multi-collection and multi-channel business structure will allow exploration and understanding of B2B vs. B2C product and service offerings.
● Assisting the sales team with customer data entering and order processing
● Processing shipments
● Managing customer accounts and database (both B2B and B2C)
● Supporting international sales agents and corner stores (e.g. Harrods)
● Preparing sales reports for key accounts
