HOOS IS OWLR?
OWLR (the product) is a new take on an old problem in the ever burgeoning world of video awareness. Our users are mums and dads, shopkeepers and office workers and kids watching their cat or dog in their home. They are frustrated with overly-technical products that do not make it easy for them to do what they need to.
OWLR is focusing on making the technical simple and using humor and design to bring about a solid relationship with our users. Our flagship product is a family of apps on both the App Store and the Play Store where we have hit 350K downloads and close to 100K monthly active users. Our passion about them is why we want someone to help them get a say in what we do as a company.
WHAT’S THE GIG?
Answering Customer Service emails in a prompt and friendly manner to help them solve the problems they are having when using the app and to answer any questions they have about the platform
Interacting with users on the OWLR forum - responding to requests and suggestions and updating issues listed there
QA testing the OWLR apps to try and recreate problems presented by customer feedback, which can then be passed on to the software developer.
