As part of our growth, we are looking for a Service Center Manager
- in a VIE status
- able to set up a service center in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam and perform commercial prospection in Asia.
Poste et missions:
Service Center Manager (18 Months VIE contract, Vietnam)
Mission:
With the help of our local partner, set up a support team of seven engineers and system & network administrators. Focal point of the Production Manager, your mission is to manage the support team, ensure operational maintenance and efficient incident handling. You are also responsible for the commercial development of the region.
As part of your activity, you are also in charge of:
- Recruitment of technical team leader
- Recruitment of engineers and administrators team
- Recruitment of salesmen
- New employees’ integration
- Set up and organize the service center with French team coordination.
- Guaranteeing SLA and effective communication with the teams.
- Start and follow-up of a Continual Service Improvement plan
- Commercial prospection in Vietnam, Singapore and Hong Kong
- Expand existing partnerships (Web Hosting Providers, Manufacturers…)
- Customer follow-up of our Asian clients.
Profil:
Master Degree (Business School or Engineering or equivalent University), Proficient in English including speaking, listening and written and native in Vietnamese
Autonomy, rigor and strong communication skills are required for this position.
