Job description
Responsibilities:
• Assisting with the Corporate Secretary functions, such as preparing corporate governance documentation, resolutions, written consents, minutes, meeting notices and board meetings packs;
• Supporting the Legal Counsel with corporate governance, including updates to company records and submitting statutory filings;
• Supporting the Legal Counsel in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory reporting requirements in six jurisdictions;
• Maintenance and upkeep of corporate and legal records, filing and organising all documents (drafts, templates and signed documents);
• Collaborating with Legal Counsel to address any KYC/AML reviews or queries;
• Maintenance and review of third parties' fees and expenditures;
• Other duties will include tracking projects, organising meetings, preparing reports, along with many other general paralegal and administrative tasks
Desired profile
Requirements:
• A university degree;
• Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant;
• Proficiency in English is required. Applicants may be required to demonstrate their proficiency during the interview process;
• Excellent PC skills, especially Word and Outlook;
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities;
• Must be dependable and able to meet deadlines;
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to establish and maintain cooperative and harmonious working relationships with other support and departments;
• Ability to handle issues with a high degree of confidentiality and autonomy.

We are seeking for one of our clients, a single-family office based in Monaco, a skilled and motivated Paralegal/Legal assistant . The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting legal and administrative functions, which focus on a broad array of investments. This position will provide day-to-day administrative and paralegal support to the Legal Counsel.
