Duration: between 6 and 8 weeks

Salary (Freelance): £255.00 per week

Hours: 9am to 5.30pm including a 1 hour lunch break

Working closely with: Head of Programmes and Research, and Project Manager: Digital and Engagement

Start: Immediate

Summary:

To input, cleanse and analyse data using the OUTstanding CRM system, excel and online surveying tools.
Key areas of responsibilities include:

- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Inputting data on the CRM
- Pulling data from Survey Monkey and potentially TypeForm
- Trend analysis using MS Excel or other appropriate software
- Creating tables and charts for export to Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- General administrative tasks such as photocopying, printing and collating documents

- Ability to work to a deadline
- Excellent communication skills

- Keen interest in research
