Integrated into the websites of our client retailers, consumers can shop abroad, transparently see the amount of duties & taxes for the order, pay them up front, and get their products shipped to their home. Was Sie erwartet:

As our Operations Intern you will…

·  be part of the Operations team, which takes care of the managing of running operations, growing our logistics network, B2B account management, vendor management, customer service, and reporting and invoicing
·  work together with merchants and logistic providers to ensure safe deliveries
·  help to plan the expansion of BorderGuru into new markets
·  support the team by testing new features of our unique order management and logistics software
·  set up cost calculations for our cross-border products
·  be responsible for quality checks of incoming customs data
·  work on ad-hoc tasks

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

·  Studying Business, Economics, Logistics or related fields and / or relevant practical experience in logistics or commercial industries (e.g. apprenticeship)
·  Interest in international logistics
·  Analytical and quantitative problem solving skills as well as interest in working with data and IT systems (foremost MS Excel).
·  Interest in working in a young, dynamic company with an international team
·  A team player with self-confidence and personal motivation
·  Pro-active, reliable and responsible in your working style
·  Fluent in written and spoken English, German a plus
·  Available for at least 5 months of internship
