Graduate Trainee Estate Agent

During the interview process you will be encouraged to demonstrate why you are interested in a career within the property industry - enjoying watching 'Location, Location, Location’ or being a champion in 'Monopoly’ is not the answer we are looking for. The first year will be a learning curve, you will learn sales techniques, how to overcome objections, office etiquette and how to create deals and how to be a fantastic estate agent!

A successful Consultant will be professional, approachable, ambitious, enthusiastic, friendly, self-motivated, well organised, and positive, with a 'can do’ attitude. You will be motivated by money, exceeding targets and driven by a job well done. Orchards of London has built a reputation for providing excellent customer service at all times. Previous experience of the property industry and knowledge of the West London area is desirable, although not essential as continuous award winning training will be provided. You will require a full and clean UK driving licence to be considered for this position.
