Job Purpose :
The demand planner (DP) is responsible for the monthly forecasting process, resulting in consensus forecast based on inputs from Commercials, Marketing and Finance teams, on revenue potential and on historical usage/trends. DP tracks the performance of Bottlers, lead monthly demand review meetings and highlights variances between existing forecasts and actual demands. DP needs to identify major forecasting issues for discussion and resolution with Material and Production planning. DP is also responsible for developing and ensuring the accuracy of short /long-term demand, including delivery of the overall forecast accuracy and stability metrics.
Missions :
Fundamental
- Support Demand Planner for monthly forecasting process resulting in consensus forecast by uploading forecast in APO DP based on input from customer, commercials and analysis from Demand Planner.
- Support allocation process by uploading forecast in Quota Management tool and highlight significant bias through continuous analysis.
- Collaborate with internal BU planning team and co-packers by communicating rolling shipment forecast and analyzing concentrate stock level at co-packers.
- Support Demand Planner in demand review by consolidating stock report and providing overview on stock coverage on monthly basis.
Advance
- Responsible for forecast plan of small portfolio customers and lead demand review meetings.
- Manage concentrate supply plan of co-packers and lead supply review meetings.

- Fundamental Excel, Business Objects, APO
Background:
Bachelor Degree required (or equivalent).
1-2 years experience in supply chain.
Next to English, Spanish and or French is an advantage
