about the role
On requests of UCS project Manager, He / she will manage the request which may include access numbers or DDI ranges and Leased Lines with support of local LDMs, FE, Local Providers and Product Managers when necessary, or dealing directly with the carriers.
Managing requests of portability for access numbers or DID ranges with support of local FOIS.
Provisioning of Clarify database with information related to voice, Video, Security and Messaging Services if needed.
He / She will work closely with Field Engineers, Local providers, Implementation Teams, UC PMs, Process Owners and Product Managers
He / SHe will work on Some internal Tools ( LOIS, Sesam, GINI, Occean, ITRAC ,.. )
about you
The person has to have some knowledge on Voice services and and preferred to be aware of security and messaging services.
He/She has to be well organized and dedicated to his job.
Good communications skills, as this position requires internal and external communications with Vendors and Third Parties
Excellent English Launguage.

High Faculty Degree
ITIL Cerificate is a Plus
Experience
2 – 4 years experience in the specified local telecommunications area
Telecommunications experience, highly desirable
