about the role
To design, consult, deliver and troubleshoot, Customer changes, migrations and implementations on Customer Telephony Network to achieve Outstanding Customer Experience.
about you
Hands on experience of design, deployment & troubleshooting of the Cisco/Microsoft Unified Communication Products
CUCM 10.x, CME 10.x and above SME
Data Center technologies including Storage Area Networks (SAN), virtualization (VMWare), and Cisco's Unified Computing System (UCS)
Cisco Voice Gateways (ISR Routers and Analog gateways) gatekeepers and Unified Border Elements (CUBE)
Integration : intercluster trunks, CUCM integration with CUEAC, UCCX, IM&P, CUC, third party TAPI clients
Trunks, E1/ T1(CAS,CCS), FXS /FXO, MGCP, H.323, SIP and SCCP etc.
CUC 10.x and above, IMP 10 and above.
UCCX and CUE scripting call flow
IVR based call flow on CUC
Expressway, MRA, Jabber
SIP trunking with ITSP
Advanced SIP setup(SIP profile, security profiles, header manipulation)
Understanding of inter VLAN communication, QoS, packet traversal over data network
Concepts of dialling plan and numbering plan, class of restriction, telecom regulatory
