about the role

Mission: As Unified Communication&Collaboration (UCC) Business Analyst your role will be to support the Traffic Management & Analytics team mission in business and financial areas, focusing on end-to-end support of CallCentreAccess product from cost/profitability perspective, third party vendor cost management, support of internal/external cost/budget activities and team transformation

Key Responsibilities:

Carrier Management/Relations – build and maintain strong relationship with 3rd party carriers to support the overall team mission; act as single point of contact toward external partners for rates/pricelists, invoices and billing disputes.

Digitalization – contribute in the Digital Insight Transformation programme. Drive the “digitalization” of the financial activities in GUP.

Tools evolution/process automation – act as point of contact for different IT oriented projects/programs towards internal OBS teams or 3rd party vendors. Participate on the design and development of IT tools that will standardize, simplify and automate daily activities/ Contribute to the overall team transformation from legacy to new “Voice Cockpit IT Platform”.

Contribute to the “BigData” team evolution – be part of the team evolution from traditional data-processing into new way of working including data capturing, storage, analysis, searching, sharing, visualization and querying. 

Cooperation with Sourcing – liaise with local/global Sourcing to make sure all our prices are competitive; support the Sourcing mission with various analysis.

Rate Repository Management – manage centralized repository with contractual prices for all our partners that are essential for the pricing.

Responsible for the Operating Expense (OPEX) line item budget development and management for CallCentreAccess product and contribute to the end to end OPEX management process with providing accurate inputs to the overall budget owner.

Cost/Revenue – support the business growth with sensitive Cost Management with respect to the revenue evolution.

Cost Savings Optimizations – initiate, support and validate the cost savings opportunities that have turned into projects.

Leading the commercial discussions towards internal teams (UCC/Sourcing/Regulatory) and external partners (telecom partners like Tata, Relliance, Symbio) to maintain healthy margin in all UCC domains.

Be a key contributor to various team’s KPIs (C/R, QoS, SLAs, Others…). Manage all day-to-day activities with the aim to meet overall targets set by management or external teams.

Support the major cross-divisional cost savings project known as “Crash” and “Scope”.

about you

Education, qualification and certifications:

University Degree in a Business, Finance and/or Economics field

Language skills:

Fluent English required, both spoken and written

A good French communication level is desirable

PC Skills:

Strong computer literacy

Strong proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Basic scripting / data manipulation / BI skills are desirable

A working experience in an international / multicultural environment is required

Previous exposure to voice telecom products & services

Essential skills and knowledge:

Being able to effectively achieve business success while working in a group of experienced professionals

Being detail-oriented, with a “detective” mindset

Ability to be flexible while working in a changing environment

Ability to work in a “remote management” environment

Strong communication skills.

Strong technical, business and financial background

Experience needed:

Minimum of 3 years in an IT/Telecom environment on “finance/business related” position and experience working in a multinational business environment

base salary from 1,380€ brutto per month, actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
