about the role
We’re searching for a talented and passionate Subject Matter Expert on Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager/SCCM /Intune to join our CoE – Managed IT Services, which is responsible for remotely managing, securing and supporting Cloud & IT infrastructure for our customers around the world.
Your will provide design, engineering, configuration, administration, maintenance and support of Configuration Manager deployed in customer environment. You will play a lead role in application packaging and deployment, be responsible for the design of the patch management whilst also maintaining and producing up to date Windows operating systems deployments. You will be required to handle multiple assignments concurrently, leveraging experience skills in handling complex environments and coordinating task among teams.
Job Responsibilities:
· Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager / System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
· Manage Windows OS deployments, application packaging & distribution on a worldwide scale
· Troubleshoot all aspects of Configuration Manager effectively
· Maintain performance and health of Configuration Manager deployment
· Create task sequence and troubleshoot task sequence failure
· Create technical documents, knowledge articles and SOP's and other deliverables
· Resolve incidents within the SLA window
· Execute changes within downtime window without production impact
about you
This is a customer-facing role and is ideal for an excellent communicator with a positive outlook and a get-the-job done attitude. Ideally you should have 3-5 years relevant experience in large scale deployment of Configuration manage, image management, application packaging and distribution, having minimum 10 years of industry experience. You should be ready to work in customer time zone and during off business hours to carryout changes.
Qualifications & Work Experience:
· BE/B.Tech/MCA/ B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science)
· 3–5 years of experience in experience deploying and administration of SCCM + Intune Co-Management
· In-depth knowledge of SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM issues
· Solid understanding of standard client-server, Networking and Internet concepts
· Proven experience of application packaging and deployment using a variety of tools
· Proven experience on virtualization and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI)
· Proven experience on Scripting – Powershell, VBScript or other languages
· Understanding and experience in working within an ITIL framework operational environment.

· WSUS
· Intune
· Logon scripts
· Office 365
· Active Directory & Azure Active Directory
· Group Policy Management and Deployment
· Knowledge of core Infrastructure services and functions ( ADFS, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, PKI, LDAP, etc.)
· Microsoft Windows Server ( 2012 / 2016)
· MSSQL and reporting service
· Log management solutions such as LogRhythm
Skill Set:
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
· Knowledge of information security standards and compliance
· Knowledge of vulnerability remediation
· Ability to lead troubleshooting for issues both known and unknown across domain
· Proven ability to provide technical recommendations to solve short- and long-term issues
· Proven ability to create technical design documentation using MS Visio
· Strong analytical skills for solving technical issues, isolation of application / network performance / server / storage issues
· either MCSA / MCSE / Office 365 certification
· ITIL certification
