about the role
Ensure High availability of customers’ IT Infrastructure managed
Perform Incident, Problem & Change Management using assigned Tools
Ensure compliance to agreed SOW’s
Handle Technical Escalations received from Customer
Create SOP’s ensuring compliance to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and train iternal teams
Troubleshoot High Severity incidents & Provide RCA
Take initiatives in learning new Technologies & Tools
Co-ordination with customer on Incident resolutions & closure
Assist in MIS & Dashboards
Document technical procedures and work instructions

about you
MCSA 2008 / 2012 (Must)
SQL 2012 2016 certified
Oracle certified
VMWare VCP (Preferred)
Skype for Business (Preferred)
Excellent Knowledge of storage technologies ( SAN/NAS)

5 years’ Experience in SQL and or Oracle database administration
Excellent Hands-On Experience in Installation, configuration & Troubleshooting of SQL and Oracle Systems Migration from 2008 to 2012 and 2016 sytsems
Good Knowledge & experience on Back-up, Restore technologies
Designing Implementation and Administration of Microsoft SQL server 2008 /2012
Analyzing & Optimizing Oracle/SQL queries for Oracle and/or MS-SQL DBMS environments
Troubleshooting Performance issues on Databases
Building Oracle/SQL scripts for Oracle and/or MS SQL DBMS environments
Evaluating DBA reports and initiate improvements resulting in tuning, installing patches and implementing new database releases
Knowledge & Exposure on SQL 2008/2012/2016 clusters and Oracle
Good knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Clustering, Load Balancing Patch Management
Exposure to quality standards ISO 20000 & 27000
