As a Software

Development Engineer , you will play a key role in the development of our

strategic Contact Center platform

based on Genesys CTI products:

  -

Genesys Voice Platform (GVP) and IVR

  - Genesys

Multimedia (sync and async chat, email)

  -

Genesys Social Media

  -

Genesys Enterprise Workload Management

  -

Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition

  -

Genesys Interaction Recording

  -

Genesys Workforce Management

  -

Genesys Reporting (InfoMart, Call Center Analyzer)

 

You will be involved in all phases of the project lifecycle being responsible for defining and reviewing the technology stack

appropriate for each project, designing system architecture, development and

test automation, deployment automation, defining software development and

design best practices, mentoring and coaching functional experts, project

managers and managers in regard to technical decisions, identifying and

defining system's technical evolution opportunities and strategies.

quickly assimilate new knowledge. You will also need strong communication,

analytical and planning skills, multitasking, ability to provide analysis and

synthesis and written documents.

 

Experience

required :

University Degree Automation, Computer Science, Technical

Proven experience

with :

  -

Java (1.6+)

  -

Spring framework or similar

  - REST

web services implementation and consumption

  -

Junit

  -

Maven or Gradle

  -

GIT

  -

JSP

  -

Oracle PL/SQL

 

Previous

experience with the following technologies, tools and systems is desired:

  -

Genesys CTI Platform or other Call Center platform products

  -

Weblogic, Jboss, Tomcat

  -

Collaborative tools: Confluence, JIRA, Sharepoint

  -

Fluency in English
