About the role

We’re searching for a talented, experienced and passionate Azure and Office 365 Cloud security Subject Matter Expert to join our CoE – Managed IT Services, which is responsible for remotely managing, securing and supporting Cloud & IT infrastructure for our customers around the world.

Job Responsibilities:

·  Analyze threats and vulnerabilities reports shared by CyberSOC
·  Carry out threat & risk assessments and develop security architecture to mitigate threats
·  Carry out changes, upgrades and deploy solution to remediate security risks
·  Integrate cloud applications with security products. Troubleshoot integration issues
·  Develop clear visualizations / dashboard / presentation reports to present customer and management
·  Review progress with the customer weekly and monthly
·  Ensure that security threats & vulnerabilities are remediated and security score is improved as expected
·  Provide training to support team on security remediation and best practices

about you

This is a customer-facing role and is ideal for an excellent communicator with a positive outlook and a get-the-job done attitude. Ideally you should have 3-5 years relevant experience including security remediation for Azure & Office 365, using and deploying Microsoft solutions (Defender ATP, Azure AD, Azure Information Protection etc.), Having minimum 10 years of industry experience. You should be ready to work in customer time zone and during off business hours to carryout changes.

Qualifications & Work Experience:

·  BE/B.Tech/MCA/ B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science)
·  3–5 years of experience in security assessment and remediation on Azure & Office 365
·  Relevant experience in deployment and technical support of  security solutions
·  Experience with Azure applications, Azure cloud VM configuration and deployment
·  Office 365 deployment / configuration
·  Strong technical skills to design and implement O365 Security services with hands on experience
·  Knowledge and experience in designing, supporting, and upgrading Active Directory environments (Authentication, Authorization, Group Policy Objects, LDAP, PKI, DNS, ADFS, MIM/PAM, LAPS, etc.)
·  Experience working with technologies below:
·  Active Directory & Azure Active Directory
·  Authentication Methods (sign-on, MFA, device sign-on methods, Azure Seamless SSO, ADFS, ADFS Proxy, PHS and PTA)
·  Microsoft Advanced Threat Analytics
·  Microsoft Cloud App Security
·  Microsoft Exchange ( 2012 / 2016)
·  Microsoft Windows Server  ( 2012 / 2016)
·  Group Policy Management and Deployment
·  Azure Active Directory sites deployment / configuration, plus Active Directory Schema and Forest configuration
·  Log management solutions such as LogRhythm

Skill Set:

·  Excellent communication skills
·  Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
·  Knowledge of information security standards 
·  Ability to lead troubleshooting for issues both known and unknown across domain. Ability to use problem management methodologies.
·  Proven ability to provide technical recommendations to solve short- and long-term issues
·  Proven ability to create technical design documentation using MS Visio
·  Strong analytical skills for solving technical issues, isolation of application / network performance / server / storage issues
·  Either CISSP / CompTIA Security+ / MTA / MCSA / MCSE / AZ 500 / MS 500 certification
