Job description



about the role

- Create GOLD orders upon receipt of  Order Request Form from Account Manager

- Review Order information and ensure that signed Order Form is uploaded into internal system

- Review order against terms of contract or order form for compliance and accuracy

- Review pricing against approved rates with commercial management, when needed

- Actively monitor and manage the order tracker, from the initial legal review of a Contract to manage orders through Customer Service Delivery, Order Compliance and Billing.

- Order backlog management (tracking orders that are stuck in gold long time chasing action owner, establishing why orders are on RFS not RFB)

- Receive disconnect requests from selected approved customers, research and work with Global Disconnection team to ensure proper and timely disconnection

- Invoice quality reviews, analyse the Billing report and highlight any anomalies to the Sales team

- Raise CARA requests when necessary

- Provide various performance reports as required on an occasional basis

- Participate in Equant company-wide sales-to-cash process reviews as requested

- Provide first level support to the area sales operations managers

- Advocate and representative to the Country sales operations on topics of processes, reporting, and tools

- Update opportunity status when order is booked

- Issue the weekly  pipeline report to Sales Managers and Country Managers

- Provide support in quoto and pricing portal as and when necessary

- Issue the weekly and monthly order report with monthly and annual summaries

- Provide notification to the sales team on contract renewal

- Attend sales and sales operations meetings as required

- Provide administrative support for the office

- Fulfill ongoing job requirements relevant to sales administration & office administration role

- Provide ad-hoc support for administrative areas of office as and when required

 

about you

Bachelor level degree or equivalent

Min 5 yrs experience providing support to a sales organization In at least 2 of the following categories : finance, accounting, ordering, order tracking, invoicing, billing disputes, contract management

Advanced MS Excel and powerpoint skills

Advanced knowledge of sales automation systems

Prior experience in the development and implementation of sales-to-cash processes

Excellent communication skills

Strong organisational skills

Attention to detail

base salary from 1,380 € brutto per month, actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
