about the role

Orange Moldova is looking for a new colleagues to fill in the position of Radio Solutions Engineer to deliver technical design for radio access networks, acting as a technical lead on specific projects and provide solutions and support
to other teams in term of radio solution expertise.

what you will be doing:

·  Develop Radio Access Network Design
·  Lead Radio Access Network trials (software upgrades/patches) to evaluate technology for continuously network evolution 
·  Produce designs that integrate with other domains, align with long-term strategy and identify system interfaces
·  Align business requirements with the network evolution in order to maintain market leading position in capacity and performance 
·  Create and maintain robust design documentation: 
·  contribute on  the longer term network evolution strategy preparation;
·  provide and  integrate mobile access solution for E2E Networks design;
·  capacity, scaling, upgrade and capacity monitoring rules for in-life expansion;
·  long term capacity management  analysis;
·  maintains and improves current knowledge of Orange Moldova end-to-end network.
·  Align the produced project design and implementation plans to operational requirements and the service quality objectives

about you

·  Technical University in Telecommunication domain
·  At least 3 years of experience  in mobile telecom as a designer on business-critical, high-availability/ high-capacity and high- reliability systems and networks
·  Experience in RF planning tools usage/administration (AIRCOM/Asset and/or FORSK/Atoll and/or ATDI/ICS Designer) 
·  Advanced knowledge of  GSM/UMTS/LTE and other 3GPP and non 3GPP architectures and functionalities, particularly the relevant  Radio Access network requirements to support them
·  Have specialized in some of the following and be familiar with the rest: 
·  Advanced knowledge of Radio Access Network (GSM/UMTS/LTE) technologies architectures and working principles.
·  Capacity management and traffic evolution evaluation (BSC/RNC/eNodeB level)
·  GSM/UMTS/LTE Network performance KPIs controlling, monitoring and reporting
·  QoS mechanisms  knowledge applied in GSM/UMTS/LTE Radio Access Networks
·  Basic of IP addressing, DHCP, SON
·  Basic of IP/MPLS technologies
·  Advanced knowledge of English language
