Job description
about the role
1. Provide presales design support for both new and existing
customers requiring Orange Business Services Solutions
across LAN, application optimization, unified
communications, security, service management in support
of sales.
2. Support customer facing team members to complete
solution design validation and costing activities
3. Maintain a thorough understanding of the external tools that
are required in conjunction with internal tools, systems and
processes in order to develop quality / approved technical
proposals to customers.
4. Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge of all
Orange Business Services products, services and solutions
sets
about you
· Posseses sound knowledge in the following security principles :
· Security infrastructure design wrt – Firewalls, IDP/IPS, proxy (reverse
· and forward)
· Security reporting SIEM, data collection (Arcsight, Splunk)
· SSL and IPSec VPN
· Cloud based security services - Zscaler
· Authentication and authorization 2 factor, LDAP / Active Directory
· integration and considerations
· Advanced Threat detection and analysis
· Security policy and standards
· Knowledge in any other principles is an advantage
· Ability toengage at a detailed technical level as follows :
· engage and partner with internal team members at a detailed technical
· level
· deliver proposals which articulate Orange value for the benefit of the
· customer
· understand key partner and vendor products as required to deliver fully
· integrated solutions
· Technical knowledge to facilitate design of managed services
· Ability to work independently to achieve an outcome
additional information
· Technical certifications in area of expertise (e.g Cisco, Riverbed,
· Zscaler, ITIL, etc)
· Minimum of 3 years related work experience in solution design and
· proposal development for large multi-national customers
