Role:
Support NSSO business decisions by
translating financial figures into insights, acting as a translator between
operations and finance, providing key relevant information regarding the
stakeholder's economic environment
Responsible for the NSSO EBIDTA real-time
accuracy and objective achievements, contributing to the NSSO business model
continuous adaptation and clarity, in correlation with the Group objectives and
clients interest
Main responsibilities
·
Accountable for the
budget construction/ forecast , regular and adaptive follow-up
·
In-depth correlation
between NSSO revenues and expenses, build the mechanisms for the
cvasi-real-time update of the NSSO EBIDTA
·
Support the business
with relevant and real-time insights coming from financial data
·
Develop the NSSO
business lines according to the finance logics and challenges & adapted to
Group structure
·
Support NSSO
development by assuring the links between revenues, efficiency gain and
internal tool developments
·
Responsible for the
budget/revenues tools definition/tuning to allow full automation of the
financial processes & updates
·
Correlate the cost per
FTE with the business requirements and support building the offers in the most
adapted model (per fte, nominal cost, lump sum…)
·
Separate the different
lines of business, inside and outside the group
·
Work closely with
financial responsible in Poland to assure a full transparent & coherent
process and view across NSSO
·
Keep updated all the
TGI stakeholders in the Group to be sure that the NSSO financial performance is
well known and understood
·
Represent and present
NSSO in the different financial forums inside TGI, inside and outside the Group
·
Stay updated with all
the strategies and financial updates inside the Group and IT world evangelize
and explain them inside NSSO, update NSSO finance accordingly
·
Analyze and provide
feedback related to existing or new contracts in NSSO
·
Build or maintain
financial KPI for the budget and revenues execution; propose improvements in
case KPI's are breach
