about the role

To provide all Level of Technical support on various tools and systems like DNS , SMTP relay , NNTP relay , DHCP,TACACs, Big Brother etc

To provide Technical support on all UNIX based servers and applications

To provide provisioning and fault management support for Internet Direct DNS , SMTP , NNTP relay , Internet Control net , EIN DNS , DHCP , IP VPN DNS , Async56K DNS , TACACS AAA  customers

To provide provisioning and troubleshooting support on MRTG and NETIX network statistics platforms

To devise and implement UNIX , PERL  based scripts to automate regular services on application servers

To generate “Technical Incident Reports” for major system related  incidents and problems

about you

Strong background on Unix, Linux System admistration with special focus on DNS , DHCP, SMTP and TACACS services

Strong background in following IP services and protocols

Experience in DNS domain name registration procedures is plus

Unix shell , PERL  scripting, python etc skills

HTML , SQL ,PHP , CGI knowledge would be plus

New position for 'IA-AS' desk to be created. Total 3 resources to be hired and the same has been approved by Mgmt.
