about the role

To provide next level technical suppot for Global customer service centers and Backbone supervision centers by resolving low to medium complex backbone network problems referred to the team in an effective and timely manner keeping in view functional KPIs.To identify Backbone network congestion issues and co-ordinate with Network planning and rollout teams to ensure timely capacity upgrades.To contribute to Network performance and customer satisfaction business objectives by providing high quality second level technical support on all backbone network platforms and services in Orange Business ServicesTo implement assigned high impact and complex changes on the backbone network infrastructure while demonstrating highest adherence to network change management procedures

about you

Primary working knowledge and experience on below Platform

Network Technologies - ( Desired) ISDN, SDH/SONET, ATM, IPV6, VoIP, SIP, SS7, ISUP, etc.

• Hands on troubleshooting experience on one or more than one of the following technologies:

Voice (TDM, VoIP), NGN

Desired :- ACME SBC , Hookah , SONUS ( PSX/EMS/SBC ) , Italtel i-SSW (OPM,BSH,PSH) , Wireshark Captures analysis

Added advantage : Knowledge of IP protocols and routing

Added advantage :- MPLS, IP, IS-IS, BGP4, M-BGP,L2VPN

High end CISCO Routers (Cisco76xx, ASR9K, ASR1K etc)

• Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skills. Good understanding of Telecom Service providers Networks and Services
