about the role
Key accountabilities
Responsible for carrying out allocated International Supply Chain activities as per the defined Process and timelines
Process execution of any of the following ISCO processes: : Parts Planning, Spares procurement, Parts Repair, FLIP Order management, Cisco SP Contract management, LPR/EPR/VPR management, DCD, RTW, APAC Inventory reconciliation, Vendor support contract renewals, Part Returns management, Part Master maintenance, Inventory Audits & Inventory management.
Responsible for updating International Supply Chain Tools and System on real time basis. Be proficient in the various supply chain tools and systems.
Contribute to Special Projects execution
Responsible for Analysis of the KPI’s, its root cause and various other Business parameters to improve the ISCO performance and achieve the set Business targets
Responsible for preparing and analyzing the business reports
Handle and manage the First level escalations and provide satisfactory resolution to Internal or External Customers
about you
International Supply Chain domain knowledge is must
Must be a team player and maintain good professional relations with peers within & outside the Team
Experience in working in Global environment is preferable
Should have exposure to different continents, regions, cultures
Understanding of Financial & Cost accounting is preferable
Should have good interpretation, communication and presentation skills
additional information
Educational qualification
Degree in commerce or any other stream or equivalent
Master in Business Administration (Full Time / Part Time ) is preferable
Certification in Supply Chain from recognized institute is preferable
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizan, JIT will be an added advantage
Project Management certification will be an added advantage
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in International Supply Chain is must. Experience in Service Industry, Telecom, IT will be preferable
Strong on hands experience in MS Excel & PowerPoint is must. Experience in MS Access is preferable
Experience in creating simple Macro will be an added advantage
