about the role
The Integration Services Contract Lifecycle Senior Manager (IS CLSM) is accountable for;
All on site management of the IS Team located in the Mumbai MSC consisting of both Contract Lifecycle and France COE teams
Operations of the France Centre of Excellence to deliver timely quote services for new business services & equipment resale opportunities to the highest standard of quality
Operations and sales results of the Contract Lifecycle team to generate maintenance renewal and new business attach & expand opportunities along with the Sales Admin and follow up responsibilities required to generate and implement new business
Strategizing with the Head of the department to ensure objectives and requirements are exceeded, and future planning is considered
Operational implementation of new IS Contract Lifecycle team functions / processes, tools & training

Contribute and manage the life-cycle of the IS renewals portfolio business within the strategy and direction agreed

Ability to create & deliver succinct & effective reporting, presentations and messaging that can be distributed and easily understood across the business upto senior management level

Proven ability of management across multiple disciplines to simultaneously manage various team events / requests / expectations, and seamlessly switch as required. Ability to be flexible and work within a matrix management organization, adapting between styles and reporting lines
Ability to undertake International travel as required
additional information
10+ years work experience, at least 2 years of which should be with an International organisation and include 3 years experience in a Manager or at least Team Lead within a Telesales or customer facing environment
Minimum 2 years proven track record of leading & managing a Team that consistently exceeds all targets set, and in delivering innovation, creativity and “out of the box” thinking.
Experience from Sales / Customer service environments with transfaerable skills and knowledge that can be used to create a team structure to address objectives and daily activity
Proven success in leveraging social media to create a digital presence for marketing and sales benefits
Extensive experience of recruitment, team building and people development
Sound judgement ; people, business, decision making
Demonstrate a confident and broad understanding of the IT Services sector with up to date market knowledge and experience
Knowledge of relevant technology, maintenance services landscape including Orange competitors offerings and how maintenance services are consumed to support our Customer’s business would be extremely advantageous
Experience of related business with lead Partners including Cisco, Riverbed & Huawei preferable including Partner engagement and Partner tools / processes. Knowledge of Cisco Programs, Tools, Organisation, Structure and Processes an advantage
Experience of, and comfortable with, being managed remotely within an International organization
