about the role

Mission:

Help the GenAI & Cybersecurity Innovation Director successfully develop group guidance towards Europe countries with respect to Generative AI applications to Image and video generation. Support European countries with testing and collecting feedback on the multiple solutions the guidance will address.

 
Principal responsibilities: 

 
You will actively contribute to the preparation of the testing campaign by carrying out various tasks pivotal to its planning and execution. You will also collaborate with various EUR representatives to assist them with the testing and feedback collection.

Testing Coordination

Elaborate evaluation criteria to rank GenAI solutions through their daily usage
Validate that testing prerequisites (license availability, allotted timeframe) are fulfilled for any contributor willing to join
Prep and lead testing sessions with countries individually or in workshops
Actively participate to regular progress tracking sessions
Compile and present progress tracking decks as well as the final ranking based on evaluation criteria

GenAI Community management
Help build and maintain contact of countries within Orange EUR footprint
Maintain contact with other stakeholders within DATA/AI and  group brand departments.
Provide inputs for appropriate marketing deliverables to promote the portfolio, internally and externally.

about you

Experience / Qualifications
You are preparing a bac+5 in the field of marketing or communication or IT/Telco with interest in marketing and looking for a 6 month full-time internship (5 days/week) in an international context.
You have advanced organizational and listening skills and know how to manage projects.
Mastery of the Office suite
AI experience is welcomed.
You exhibit flexibility and the ability to focus on different topics.
You like to work in a team and can adapt to interactions with different stakeholders.
Your strengths lie in your attention to detail, patience, and consistency in document versioning. 
Fluency in English is essential

Within the Marketing and Design Department, the Innovation Europe entity manages the Orange group's innovative projects within its European subsidiaries. Our entity participates in the deployment of products and services in European countries and is also in charge of a flagship event for the division, the Innovation Forum, which takes place in May/June and promotes innovative products to these European subsidiaries. It is therefore essential to coordinate the participation of all the countries and different entities so that they can discover the products that they could launch the following year.
