about the role
IMADAQ, Inventory Management and Data Quality, is one important program for Orange Business Services to optimize the data management of the inventories and ensure a good data quality. This is a key enabler for the digital transofrmation.
The IMADAQ - Business Owner will be there for the following tasks :
Collect business needs from our internal customers (customer service management, order to bill, Finance, Presales, Sales,…)
Raise the User Stories to launch the developments
Once the developments are done, perform all the tests to validate the developments done and make sure they are in line with the customer expectations
Raise anomalies when needed and follow them until they are fixed with the support of the IT team
Support the roll-out of the solution, performing demonstration of the solution to our customers, training to end-users during the deployment phase
Participate in the implementation and in the maintenance of our internal social network (Plazza site) for the change support / communication
Support transversal projects linked to the inventory management solution convergence, data quality, product integration, etc…
On demand, interaction with other programs linked to IMADAQ within OBS (contract & data management, inventory reporting, service management solution, etc.)
Last but not least, ensure the coherence of the global solution focused on data quality and customer expectations.
about you
Degree in business, science (or other relevant area), or equivalent relevant experience with a demonstrable commitment to self-development
ITIL V3 certification would be a plus
AGILE/SCRUM knowledge would be a plus
English and French fluent - Mandatory
Telecom industry experience
Remote functional management
CSM / RSC experience would be a plus
