about the role
Knowledge and working experience on various network management / monitoring tools. Working experience of Ticketing tools.
Knowledge & worked on various WAN technologies, installing and managing routers & switches.
Knowledge & worked on networking protocols TCPIP, SMTP, FTP, HTTP, SNMP, Syslog, SSH etc.
Knowledge & worked on routing protocols , RIP, OSPF, BGP and switching technology, HSRP, STP
Working experience on accesslist configurations, Vlans, various network technologies.
Identification, analysis and resolution of problems regarding network & link management
Work experience on Nexus, Cisco devices and troubleshooting on network/ WLC / AP related issues.
Working experience of monitoring and management of various Network devices like Router (Cisco,, Juniper), Switches (Cisco, Nexus, Juniper, HP) etc .
Reporting & Documentation
Understanding on any NetFlow Analyzer, Accelerators, Cisco ACS, WLC.
Would be handling Technical Escalations received from Customer
Good communication skills while Responding to Customers.
Understand and follow Service Level Agreements (SLA) within teams & vendors
Follow Various Industry Standard Process in-terms of Incident Management, Change Management, Problem management, and etc.
Knowledge and awareness of ITIL standards and industrial best practices.
Knowledge or Working experience on any other network devices.
Working exposure of Cisco Prime and Cisco NAC / ACS will be an added advantage
about you
Certification:- CCNA & CCNP(Switch/ Route) certified mandatory, CCNP certified would be preferred
Good in Nexus, Cisco/ HP/ Huwaei Network device (Routers & Switches etc ) .
Good communication skills verbal & written.
Worked in shifts environment
