A Cloud Operation Engineer (Automation ) will ensure that both our internal and external public systems have the reliability and uptime to meet our customer needs while always improving them and keeping an eye on capacity and performance. You are able to work comfortably in a fast-changing environment on interesting technical challenges.You are all about sharing and collaboration with your teammates

Duties and Responsibilities:

·  Troubleshoot and resolve Customer and platform problems
·  Maintain and operate the platform by means of IT automation tools like Ansible
·  Automate our daily tasks as much as possible
·  Maintaining, designing, implementing and operating our infrastructure
·  Regularly interact with other team members to offer assistance in troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer activities
·  Regular participation in change control activities that comply with ITIL change management.
·  Participate in rotating 'on-call' schedule with engineering team

Requirements – Education, Skill & Abilities:

Basic Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field or 3+ years of experience in a technical position.
·  Fluency in English in Both writing and Speaking.
·  Advanced experience in Linux operating systems (RedHat/CentOS , Debian)
·  Good understanding of Cloud OpenStack administration and operations. 
·  Good understanding of virtualization technologies (Xen,KVM)
·  Good understanding Application and database servers like ( Apache, Nginx, HAProxy, MySQL, MongoDB )
·  Good understanding of Continuous integration/delivery concepts ( Ansible, Jenkins )
·  Basic knowledge of Linux Containers ( Docker,Kubernetes )
·  Basic knowledge of ELK stack (Elasticsearch/logstash/Kibana)
·  Basic knowledge of Bigdata concepts
·  Basic knowledge of monitoring solutions (Zabbix/Nagios)

Preferred Qualifications

Nice to have:

·  scripting skills ( python/bash )
·  French language
