about the role
Run and implement the sourcing process in compliance with the '7 Steps' process for the scope he is responsible for Lead actively the collection of internal stakeholders needs Elaborate sourcing strategy based on market knowledge and OBS needs and present them in xDC, follows sourcing process accordingly Conduct commercial negotiation with suppliers (pricing, commercial clauses of the contracts,...)
Select the suppliers and present Sourcing Recommendation in xDCCommunicate, promote usage of selected suppliers and negotiated contracts among entities
Set up a fruitful and relationship with the relevant BUs linked to his/her scope
Collect internal stakeholders needs and helps structuring as part of the demand plan activity
Ensure proper involvement of geographical and functional stakeholders to get buy-in and facilitate fast implementation
Supports Customer projects buyers (according to engagement model)Brings his/her expertise on the commodity into the customer project negotiation to bring additional cost optimization
Negotiates customer specific contract and conditions with suppliersManage relationship with one or more suppliers (supplier owner)
Set up regular business reviews, follow supplier business with and without Orange, tracks supplier's performance
Acts as single point of contact to the supplier for any commercial issue related to his commodities
Participate actively to market & supplier performance monitoringContributes to Partnership activity in case such Supplier's governance is managed by the Partnership Entity

additional information
Depending on project scope: Ensure early involvement through pipeline management with stakeholder and through SACO during funnel phase.
Ensure early and appropriate involvement of buyer (Telco, Local, Cdty, ASE..) within project scope to qualify project sourcing needs and plan for resource mobilisation.
Own sourcing qualification with project team to set up and define sourcing priorities segmentation of project needs, make or buy, risk analysis, critical path analysis and resource planning)
Builds, validates and executes the project sourcing action plan (depending project phase) per commodity and supplier taking into consideration project constraints, buyers & commodity inputs, relevant tools and guidelines (SACO, PMTool, Salesforce + basic Webalc understanding, delegation and engagement model, RACI matrix).
Contributes to cost and specification optimization in collaboration with commodity buyer and Access Sourcing Expert through relevant RACI matrix
base salary from 1,380 € brutto per month, actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience
