Billing Development and Support Engineer (m/w)

Job description

about the role

·  administrating and ensuring support of Billing System
·  ensuring development & testing of new applications
·  providing support & maintenance of existing & new applications
·  monitoring of Billing System procedures
·  bug fixing, patching and upgrading of Billing System applications
·  ensuring internal development (SQL, PL/SQL, Delphi, C, C++)
·  documentation of Billing System modules

about you

·  university degree in Information Technologies or Engineering
·  good knowledge of SQL, SQL*Plus, PL/SQL, DBMS Oracle would be a plus
·  knowledge of C, C++ or Java
·  strong computer skills (MS Office)
·  proficiency in Romanian, English and Russian
