Billing Analyst with German (m/w)

about the role

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Billing Analyst with German, part of the revenue assurance process, to work with its International Partners.

As Billing Analyst you’ll evaluate if bills are compliant to contract term, report and follow-up billing issues to accountable team.

what you will be doing:

·  Comparing Business Customers contracts data with bill proformas documents in order to detect billing issues
·  Escalating detected issues to accountable team
·  Evaluating if the bill can be approved and sent to the customer
·  Keeping track of the reported issues and analyzing if bills are compliant to contract terms

about you

·  University degree
·  Ability to perform repetitive tasks
·  Attention to details and numeracy skills
·  Well organized and a self-starter
·  Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable and flexible
·  Fluent in English and a good command of German
·  Telco experience would be an advantage.
