Overlay sales personnel providing specialist product expertise to the sales force.
Partners with Account, Technology, and Application sales representatives to qualify and close new business on Oracle solutions. Provides specific industry or product expertise to facilitate the closing of deals within sales representatives territory. Interacts with sales team to architect the solution, and develop and execute solution strategies for market. Manages solution opportunities to obtain appropriate and necessary resources for all qualified opportunities. Leads teams in the sales process for establishing market visibility and deal visibility. Presents/demonstrates solution to high level clients and industry conference attendees. May provide training to field sales on industry/solutions. Builds and maintains a network and up to date specific industry or product knowledge.
Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Provides leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. 12 years applicable experience preferred. Subject matter expertise in industry/product space. Knowledge of key industry leaders and management. Knowledge of Oracle competition. Presentation and product demonstration experience. Previous consultative selling experience preferred. Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills with prospects and customers. Travel may be needed. BA/BS degree in related field.

Opportunity
We're looking for someone who wants the challenge of working on the development of complete industry and use case specific solutions built on Oracle's project and portfolio management products and supporting technology. Create new Oracle Primavera Cloud Accelerators which will deliver solutions to speed the time to value for Oracle Primavera customers.
· Play a pivotal role in design, development and deployment of Cloud Accelerator in a cloud environment.
· Gather customer requirements first hand and design solutions which go beyond traditional PPM solutions.
· Identify opportunities for creating Oracle's Primavera Cloud Accelerator templates and/or configuration
· Exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
· Work closely with product managers, consulting, presales, partners, and engineering teams to create cloud accelerator solution.
· Work in a high paced and rewarding environment with bleeding edge technologies and innovative concepts
· Designs and configuration of business processes within Unifier and coordinates configuration of back-end components, middleware, and infrastructure components in support of application development
· Consistently follows software development methodology best practices
Qualifications
Required Skills / Experience:
· 12+ years of experience with Oracle's Primavera solutions (ie. Unifier, P6, PCM)
· Expertise with Oracle's Primavera Applications
· Experience working with Oracle Business intelligence architecture (applications, databases, ETL, reporting, etc.).
· Solid Oracle Project Portfolio Management, Oracle Business Intelligence design/development skills is a critical part of this job; candidate should have had experience with all phases of PPM.
· Excellent development, design, architect solutions and creating templates for Primavera solutions.
· Should be able to translate user requirements into functional or product requirements and be able to document those.
· Excellent team player, able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams.
· Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.
· Experience with design and configuration of business processes within Oracle Primavera Unifier, and administering the system
· Must have thorough knowledge of Unifier; execute full-cycle development, configuration, implementation, and support of complex BP (business process) solutions.
· In depth understanding of Oracle Primavera Unifier data structure, Knowledge of SQL, Unifier Data Views
· Experience with large ERP and financial application integration projects, BI tools/engines, XML, ETL Design
· Understanding of Project Management Principles including Project planning, project baseline, schedule and resource loading.
· Excellent Presentation and product demonstration experience.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Experience with Oracle's Primavera Project Portfolio Management implementation
· Preferred: PMP Certification
· Travel may be needed
· Minimum: Bachelor Degree
Desired Skills:
· Experience working with Instantis, OPPM, Unifier and P6, Oracle Business Intelligence
· Understanding of Project Portfolio Management marketplace is a plus.
· Understanding of industries that manage extremely large, complex project and portfolios
· Knowledge of business applications, with a focus on Project Portfolio Management solutions.
