Job description

Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Detailed Description

Ø Strong FMW Experience in Oracle SOA Suite 11g (Web Services, BPEL, Mediators, and Composites) and AIA 11g

Ø Experience in implementing Customer O2A/MDM PIP 11g, preferably in integrating Oracle Customer Hub, Siebel CRM and other RODOD components.

Ø AIA deployment including custom ABCS with logging and monitoring

Ø Deployment on OSB, SOA, ODI, WCC and EDU

Ø Ability to troubleshoot FMW/AIA issues on Linux

Ø Must have good understanding on AIA code deployment using AIA deployment scripts and must be able to develop deployment scripts

Ø 8+ years of Oracle SOA Suite with AIA administration experience

Ø Experience in integration with Siebel CRM using AIA/PIP using web services and Siebel adapter

Ø Functional knowledge of Oracle Customer MDM, Order to Activate and Order to Cash PIPs.

Ø Develop and implement technical frameworks such as security policies, Error Handling, Logging, Monitoring and Audit and Notification framework

Ø Develop SOA artifacts using the SCA architecture

Ø Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills in Oracle SOA Suite and AIA

Ø Very good experience of FMW 11g adapters – DB adapter, JMS adapter, Siebel JCA adapter

Ø Co-coordinating DBA and Release and configuration team to build server releases.

Ø Work closely with OSS/BSS application developer to provide requires WebLogic backend support.

Ø Hands on experience with server backup, restore, high availability and disaster recovery plan.

Ø Provide clear upgrade plan for application server and maintain application compatibility.

Ø Work closely with development team and assist with require configuration.

Ø Analysis & troubleshooting of queries and incidents.

Ø Provide performance improvement recommendations.

Ø Isolate and troubleshoot issues related to performance, space, peak loads, etc.

Ø Should be having development experience using tools like Oracle JDeveloper, Subversion, CVS, and Eclipse etc.

Ø Should have PL/SQL knowledge.

Ø Should have knowledge on designing standalone and clustered environments on WebLogic.

Ø Experienced in tuning application performance at different levels

o OS

o JVM

Desired Profile :

Ø Strong English written/verbal communications

Ø Advanced level of expertise in Oracle FMW Administration.

Ø Excellent Technical Troubleshooting experience.

Ø Good experience in WebLogic, JMS, Topology configuration, XML, Xquery, SOAP, Web Services.

Ø Must have experience of RODOD implementations for at least 2 Telecommunications client.

Ø Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager for monitoring RODOD stack.

Ø LINUX/UNIX Systems Administration.

Ø Scripting Skills - Shell/ Perl/ Python.

Ø Familiarity with Oracle CGBU Stack (BRM, OSM, ASAP, UIM, SOA, AIA)

Ø Ability to handle customer discussions effectively from customer site and interact with multiple stakeholders

Ø Ability to work at customer site to identify and manage business requirements and processes for Telecom Projects platforms, computing environments, software, hardware, technologies and tools

Ø Experience in various SDLC lifecycle phases including requirements gathering, analysis and design, build, deployment, testing and support

Ø Familiarity with Virtualization, especially Oracle VM.

Ø Inter personal skills.

Ø Self-motivated individual who works well in a team environment and mentor the team.

Ø Willing to travel to customer sites across globe on a regular basis.

Ø Experience in working as part of Global/ Matrixed/ Virtual teams. Strong interpersonal skills.

Ø Self-driven. Ability to work under minimal supervision.

Ø Excellent Analytical skills.

Ø Any Oracle certification is an advantage but not mandatory.

Ø ITIL certification would be preferable.

Educational Qualifications : B. Tech/B.E./BCA/Diploma in Computers, Information Technology or equivalent

Experience Desired : 6 to 8 years
