Job description

Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

About the FIN-HCM Team :

The FIN-HCM competency has consultants focussed on delivering services on Oracle Financials and HCM Suite of Applications. We cover Oracle's Ebusiness Suite, Peoplesoft and JDEdwards applications. We have a current team strength of 200 + consultants. Our team delivers Functional as well as Technical services both onsite at customer locations as well as offshore from the OSSI office locations. Our team is spread across OSSI Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida and Egypt Locations.

Following are the details on Job role expectations for Senior Technical Consultant for EBS HCM Team :

·  Minimum years of Oracle Apps experience – 5-7 years
·  Expert level of product skills on following Technical area – PL/SQL, Developer 6i / 9i, Workflow, XML Publisher, OAF, Fast Formulas
·  Skills Preferred : Fusion Architecture, ADF, BPEL
·  Project exposure on one or more Implementation, Customization, Interface, Conversions
·  Basic Functional knowledge on following modules expected : Core HR, Payroll, Irecruitment, Performance Management.
·  Preferred module knowledge – OTL
