Job description

Work with Oracle's world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle's global infrastructure.

As a member of the IT organization, assist with the analyze of existing complex programs and formulate logic for new complex internal systems. Prepare flowcharting, perform coding, and test/debug programs. Develop conversion and system implementation plans. Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

- In-depth knowledge of Siebel CRM 7.x, 8.x and OBIEE 10g/11g/12c.
- Hands-on experience with Siebel CRM and OBIEE implementation and production run and maintenance support.
- Understanding of OBIEE architecture, Presentation Services, Web Catalog,Answers Dashboard, ODI & Informatica ETL.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle RDBMS 11g/12c
- Strong knowledge of Weblogic application server
- In-depth experience with Installation/Upgrade/Patching/system administration for Siebel CRM and OBIEE along Oracle Database
- Prior Migration experience of Siebel CRM and OBIEE related repository and other customizations from non-prod to Prod enviornment
- Prior Upgrade experience of Siebel CRM from 7.x, 8.x to IP15/16 and OBIEE from 10g to 11g and 12c.
- Prior Migration application of OBIEE artifacts from non-production to production environment.
- Knowledge of User Management in Siebel CRM/OBIEE and Integrating them with OID, LDAP and MSAD Server
- SSO implementation using Oracle Access Manager for Siebel CRM and OBIEE
- Hands-on experience with Server Administration of Siebel CRM
- Hands-on experience and troubleshooting performance issues with Siebel CRM and OBIEE
- Knowledge of third party HTTP load Balancer like BIG-IP and Oracle OTD
- Working Knowledge on Linux platform desirable
- Customer Support and/or consulting experience preferable
- Handle high profile issues and escalations as well as resolve complex production problems
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure experience and moving the customer to OCI infrastructure desirable
- Root cause analysis of difficult problems and their solutions
