Job description

Provides clerical support within any of a variety of departments. Supports an SVP or below.

Perform clerical duties to relieve division staff and/or team members of all clerical details. Screens calls and takes messages Maintains filing systems. Composes and types routine letters, reports, and other material. Prepares and tracks expense reports and purchase requisitions. Assists in the preparation of reports, graphs, and presentations using spreadsheet and graphic software. Makes travel arrangements and manages calendar. Arranges internal/external meetings and catering needs. Maintains organization charts and distribution lists. Manages and tracks assets. Acts as an information source on organization policies and procedures. Works with other administrative personnel.

Works on assignments that are semi routine in nature where the ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is essential. Follows standard practices and procedures. Normally receives detailed instructions on routine work and new assignments. Demonstrated strong organization skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Able to maintain confidential information. Professional phone manner and interpersonal skills. Use of word processing application and office equipment. BA/BS degree or equivalent 1 - 2 years of related experience.

Dyn, a Global Business Unit of Oracle, is looking for a Talent Coordinator to assist in facilitating the talent acquisition process for the GBU. As part of the Business Operations team, the Talent Coordinator assists with all phases of recruitment and will perform a broad range of administrative and coordination duties.

Responsibilities
·  Serves as the contact to the applicants and internal departments
·  Answers applicant's inquiries pertaining to the status of their application
·  Assists in scheduling interviews between candidates, recruitment staff and departments
·  Assists managers in entering offers (both internal and external) into the proper systems for approval
·  Interacts with department staff, other HR staff, hiring managers and candidates and follows the necessary steps in the staffing process
·  Facilitates the completion of onboarding and pre-employment screenings
·  Assists in the coordination of new employee orientation meetings
·  Assess processes and collaborate with Talent colleagues to identify and implement changes to ensure continuous improvement
·  Build and maintain positive working relationships throughout all levels of the organization
·  Other duties as assigned
Experience
·  Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
·  Ability to handle a high level of sensitive and confidential employee information, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
